Production process of aluminum die-casting bullet heads
1. Mold design and manufacturing: Mold is the key to the production of aluminum alloy die-casting products. Firstly, it is necessary to design the mold according to customer needs, and determine parameters such as material, size, and shape. Then convert the mold drawings into CNC machine tool programs for processing and manufacturing.
2. Preparation of aluminum alloy materials: The aluminum alloy materials used for aluminum die-casting bullet heads are usually high-performance aluminum alloys such as ADC12 or A380. During the production process, it is necessary to first heat the aluminum ingot to a certain temperature to melt it into liquid aluminum liquid.
3. Debugging of aluminum die-casting machine: Fix the adjusted mold on the lower template of the aluminum die-casting machine, inject the heated liquid aluminum water into the mold through the injection system, and then cool it under high pressure. At this point, the aluminum alloy liquid can form formed parts in a short period of time and exhibit excellent structure and performance.
4. Surface treatment and quality inspection: After the aluminum die-casting bullet head is removed from the mold, surface treatment processes such as deburring, sandblasting, and natural oxidation need to be carried out. At the same time, quality inspections are carried out from aspects such as appearance, size, hardness, and stretching to ensure that the product quality meets the standards.
5. Packaging and delivery: After passing the quality inspection, the aluminum die-casting bullet heads are classified and packaged, and various parameter information is marked, and then delivered to the customer for use.
