With the development of society and technological progress, new energy vehicles have become a new trend in the automotive industry. There are several main methods for processing aluminum vehicles:

1. Extrusion processing: Extrusion refers to heating an aluminum profile to a certain temperature and then pressing it into shape through an extruder. In aluminum vehicles, extrusion technology is mainly applied in the manufacturing of aluminum alloys, overhead lines, door handles, decorative strips, and other aspects.

2. Connection processing: Connection processing refers to the assembly of the entire vehicle through the connection between aluminum parts of the vehicle body. Connection processing mainly includes two methods: riveting and welding. Due to the need for melting and solidification during welding, if the temperature is too high during welding, it will damage the basic properties of the aluminum alloy, and the application of riveting technology is more guaranteed.

3. Forging processing: Forging is the process of heating aluminum profiles to a certain temperature before forging, causing plastic deformation of the aluminum profiles and forming forgings. The forging process is mainly applied in the manufacturing of components such as wheels, doors, and frames.

4. Cutting processing: Cutting processing refers to the use of a cutting machine to process and divide aluminum parts of different shapes based on different automotive parts. Aluminum alloy car bodies often require cutting and processing during the production process.
