What is Huasi Processing

Huasi processing refers to the process of manufacturing various products by cutting, pressing, and forming various materials using machining tools such as mechanical equipment, tools, and molds.

The scope of Huasi processing is very extensive, including various products in industries such as light industry, heavy industry, arts and crafts, furniture, toys, as well as precision tools, electronic machinery, communication equipment, automotive parts, etc.

Principles of Huasi Processing

The basic principle of Huasi processing is to use cutting tools to remove materials, making the raw materials into finished products with specific shapes and sizes. Processing can be divided into two stages: rough machining and precision machining.

Rough machining mainly involves processing the shape, size, surface roughness, etc. of the workpiece to a level that is initially close to the preset requirements, while precision machining further involves processing the preliminarily processed workpiece and completing the required standard machining.

The cutting principle of Huasi machining mainly relies on the tool to form shear stress on the workpiece, causing the workpiece to fracture or deform to achieve the purpose of material removal. At the same time, after the material is removed, the surface formed exhibits high flatness and smoothness, which can effectively improve the sealing and overall strength of the components.
